The H2S-100F TX Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) is a precalibrated transmitter solution offering digital output. This module comes complete with sensor, which has superior advantage of precision fuel cell patented technology with 15 year long lifetime and high temperature range up to 125°C.
This sensor model is proving particularly popular in the production, use and safety detection within the solid state Li batteries industries. Here measurement is critical because if a solid state Li battery is not sealed properly in production, the solid electrolyte will react with H2O in the air and H2S will be generated. Solid state Li batteries are seeing fast development and growth, particularly for electric vehicles and energy storage systems. From 2027, we will start seeing Li batteries built into electric cars, followed by an expected 50% application increase in 2030, working up to full 100% roll-out in 2035.
With this brilliant future expected for the solid state Li battery, the requirements for an H2S sensor in this application are for a long 10 years+ lifetime and temperatures up to 125℃.
