Euro-Gas Management Services Ltd is committed to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to our business, including the Conflict Minerals laws and regulations regarding the sourcing of tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold from certain mines and cobalt within the conflict regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and bordering countries. We support these requirements to further the humanitarian goal of ending violent conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and in surrounding countries, which has been partially financed by the exploitation and trade of “conflict minerals”.

OUR COMMITMENT:

  1. To carry out analysis to determine which Euro-Gas products contain the subject metals and whether the metals are necessary for the functionality of the product or are otherwise covered by the Conflict Minerals rules;
  2. To not knowingly procure specified metals or cobalt that originate from facilities in the “Conflict Region” that are not certified as “conflict free”;
  3. To communicate with our global supply chain partners regarding the requirements of the Conflict Mineral and cobalt rules;
  4. To work with our global supply chain to ensure full compliance with the law.

If we discover the use of these minerals produced in facilities that are considered to be “non-conflict free” in any material, parts or components we procure, we will take appropriate actions to transition product to be “conflict free” accordingly.
